There are some common sense guidelines to follow, mainly because we are a family website; but the rules aren't hard.

* Tablespoon each of almonds, walnuts, and sunflower seeds,
* Tablespoon of shredded Coconut,
* Dash of Cinnamon,
* Dash of natural Vanilla Extract,
* Dash of Nutmeg,
* Add 2 to 4 ounces of Rice Milk, or filtered water.
* Add some Yogurt, or a small bottle of Yakult ® (Friendly intestinal flora bacteria.)
* Add a raw egg (I can't tell it's there.)
* Add protein powder.
Blend all ingredients for about one minute in your blender, (I don't add ice in the morning) then add 1 small bottle of "Yakult ®" (Friendly intestinal flora bacteria) "Gently" agitating this a few seconds, serving immediately. If you add an egg or protein powder, you can blend these in for a few seconds. This is what I like, but you may want something different. Tell us your version!
