Share your Juicing Recipes with us, we all want to know! Variety is the spice of life, and we can all benefit from a few new recipes we can try out.
You will get an email acknowledgment after you submit your recipe, and also your own page will be created, where you can view it after I approve your article.
There are some common sense guidelines to follow when submitting your favorite Juicing formula; simply because we are a family oriented website.
Here's an example, of my everyday Lunch (Sometimes mornings, too) and Evening Veggie Drink...
* Soak vegetables and fruit in a large bowl of water with vegetable cleaning solution; or, add a little vinegar and baking soda like I do, instead. Let them soak a while, then scrub, and rinse off.
* Juice 1, 2, or 3 medium Carrots,
* Add 1/2 a bunch of Parsley,
* Handful of Spinach,
* 1/2 a Cucumber,
* 1 Small to Medium Tomato,
* 1 or 2 Celery stalks,
* 1/2 a Lemon,
* A few Cabbage leafs.
* If you have it, adding 1 small to medium Apple, makes it taste even better!
* Use organic produce, if available.
(You can use what I call "The Basic Three," if you don't want to juice all of the above. They are Carrots, Cucumbers, and Celery.)
