My Biography
I have had an interest in juicing and health for over thirty years. It all began by taking Vitamins in the early 70's to becoming a beginning juicer in the 80's. I hope you will benefit from the information presented here, about juicing. From time to time, I will Update my site, adding more pages. All juicing and dietary advice made within Juicing Detective, is based upon my own collective experience through trial and error. I at least juice vegetables once a day; making my morning Breakfast Smoothie, eat raw salads, and raw fruits. I am essentially a Vegan, who does not consume any animal products. I believe that adopting a Vegan Diet is the way to ultimate health and well being. I believe juicing has Changed My Life, through dramatically improving my health, and maintaining it. I believe juicing has saved me from many potential health disasters. I am presently 58, and have absolutely no health problems I am aware of. I believe that you stay well if you eat the majority of your food raw. In other words, I believe you cannot eat something which is dead and expect it to rebuild your living body, and keep it alive and healthy for long. I consciously monitor what things I eat, read product labels, and make sure the good I consume far outweighs the bad. Realistically, in this modern day society and culture, it is simply not possible to eat and drink only that which is good for you. In some way, no matter where we are, we will expose ourselves to environmental toxins. I believe that the benefits of juicing can help us save our health. It is a good idea to alter ones diet, by changing what he eats. Variety is good, and rotating the foods you eat is good, just like the seasons of the year change. Furthermore, having a daily exercise plan which we alter our aerobic exercise and strength training routine every couple weeks or so, is beneficial.
I have first hand experience, and knowledge through owning and operating a wide enough variety of machines to voice a credible opinion about juicing and juicing machines. I personally own an Omega® 2002, two Vita-Mix® blenders, a citrus juicer, and a Juiceman® Jr. These I can recommend, because I have used them for many years.To conclude, I think I have credible, useful information about Juicing, and believe you too, can receive as many health benefits from juicing fruits and vegetables as I have.
